Group of Rock Pigeons (Columba livia) observed while on a walking tour of Riga, Latvia. Semester at Sea, Spring 2013 Enrichment Voyage. I have seen and photographed Rock Pigeons before and after this, mainly in large cities/urban areas. Probably not native, but rather feral birds.
